Performance Travel DMC organizes corporate travel, events and incentive programs in the Netherlands for international clients.

A. Business clients, travelers and event participants

  • Company name and job title
  • Travel details (flights, accommodation, transfers, program choices – only where necessary)

  • Dietary requirements and other information voluntarily provided

8. Data retention periods

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed:
– Passport data: deleted within 30 days after completion of the trip
– Travel and event files: up to 2 years after completion
– Client and supplier contact details: up to 3 years after last contact
– Financial and invoicing records: 7 years (legal requirement)
– Website analytics data: in accordance with Google Analytics retention settings (typically 14 months)

9. How do we protect personal data?

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including:
 – Use of secure Microsoft 365 environments
– Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
– Access restrictions (limited to authorised employees)
– Encryption of data in transit and at rest
– Regular review and deletion of outdated data
