Performance Travel DMC organizes corporate travel, events and incentive programs in the Netherlands for international clients.

What personal data do we process?

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed:

• Passport data: deleted within 30 days after completion of the trip
• Travel and event files: up to 2 years after completion
• Client and supplier contact details: up to 3 years after last contact
• Financial and invoicing records: 7 years (legal requirement)
• Website analytics data: in accordance with Google Analytics retention settings (typically 14 months)

How do we protect personal data?

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including:

• Use of secure Microsoft 365 environments
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
• Access restrictions (limited to authorised employees)
• Encryption of data in transit and at rest
• Regular review and deletion of outdated data
