Group arrivals by coach

For larger incentive groups and conferences, our team will welcome guests at the meeting point and guide them together to the coach terminal. The coach terminal is located approximately a five-minute walk from Schiphol Plaza, allowing for an efficient and organised transfer process. Our team can provide clear, branded signage so guests can easily recognise their hosts and feel welcomed from the moment they arrive.

Individual guest

For individual arrivals the meeting point also provides a clear location to connect with their personal driver. Once the guest has met their chauffeur, the driver will accompany them to the waiting vehicle and ensure a smooth departure from the airport.

Alternative transfer: take the train

For smaller groups or individual travellers, taking the train from Schiphol Airport to Amsterdam can be a fast, convenient and sustainable alternative to private transfers. The train station is located directly underneath Schiphol Airport, making it easily accessible from Schiphol Plaza. Trains to Amsterdam Centraal run approximately eight times per hour, with a travel time of only 17 minutes. A single ticket costs around €5.20 per person (July 2026), making it an efficient and budget-friendly option for guests travelling independently.

Departure

For larger groups travelling by coach, drop-off takes place at the designated coach area, from where guests have an approximately 10-minute walk to the departure halls.
